Guy studied jewellery and design at the Berkshire College of Art & Design, going on to a jewellery and silver-smithing degree at the Loughborough College of Art & Design.

Guy spent several years working for Anthony Paul Jewellery, a family-run business based in Windsor and Henley-on-Thames, specialising in high quality hand-made traditional and contemporary jewellery.

Guy also worked at Fulham Road based Argenta, which also features a Craft Council Gallery, focusing on contemporary designer pieces. John Donald, the city based jeweller to the royal family, was Guy's last jewellery role before deciding to set up on his own.

Inspiration comes from many areas, but the juxtaposition of textures and colours with fluid shapes and sharp lines has always been central to Guy's work. For him designs are a constant evolution.
